Please be advised that all payments must be made through Procare.
Effective March 1, 2023, a .0275% service fee will need to be added to all payments made through Cash App and PayPal.
●If your child does not attend AAOC Camps during any break, a Holding Fee of $25 is due for each week.
● During the school year, if your child attends AAOC Camps during any break, a $115 fee is due per week on Mondays.
● If your child attends after care on a half-day, a $20 fee will be due towards your weekly payment.
● During school breaks only, if you would like for your child to attend on a single-day basis, a $25 fee is due for each day.
● Late Fee: A late fee of $10 will be assessed beginning Wednesday if payment is not received and every week following until all payments are collected. If payment has not been received by the close of business on Wednesday to include the late fee, your child will not be admitted back into the program until payments have been made satisfactory.
